Who we are
Oya Tech builds software tools. For anything about your data, write to oyatechbr@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you send in the “What tedious task do you want us to eliminate?” form: the text of your suggestion and, if you choose, your email. We don’t use tracking cookies, don’t collect your IP address and don’t ask you to sign up. Please avoid putting personal data in the suggestion text. To know how many people visit the site, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits in an aggregated, anonymous way: no cookies, without storing your IP address and without identifying you.
Why we use it
The text helps us evaluate ideas for new tools. The email is only used to let you know when the tool you suggested is out. We don’t send advertising and we don’t sell or share your data for marketing.
Legal basis
Email: your consent (Brazilian LGPD, art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time. Suggestion text: our legitimate interest in improving our tools (art. 7, IX).
Where it is stored
Data is stored in Supabase, our database, on servers in the São Paulo region. The site is hosted by Vercel, which also runs this anonymous visit count. Both act as processors and only handle data to make the service work.
How long we keep it
Your email is deleted once we tell you about the suggested tool or, at the latest, 12 months after you sent it, whichever comes first. The suggestion text is deleted 24 months after it was sent. Deletion is automatic. If you ask sooner, we delete sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent (LGPD, art. 18). Write to oyatechbr@gmail.com; we reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated.
